Compensation Overview
The hourly salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual hourly rate for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range
$23.00 - $24.00Target Openings
What Is the Opportunity?
Must be a current scholar in the Travelers EDGE® Program, enrolled and attending one of the following Travelers EDGE partner schools: CT State Community College – Capital Campus, Central Connecticut State University (CCSU), University of Connecticut (UConn), Saint Paul College, Augsburg University, or Metro State University, with a minimum, cumulative GPA of 2.5 for a first time Travelers internship and 3.0 cumulative thereafter.
Must be pursuing a major in the following concentrations:
