Treasury & Cash Management Analyst

That's why we're partnering with an international group to find a Treasury & Cash Management Analyst for its growing Shared Service Center in Sofia. In this role, you'll help safeguard the group's liquidity, support daily treasury operations, and improve processes across a global organization.

About the Role:

You'll work across cash management, foreign exchange, payments, banking administration, and treasury reporting. By partnering with colleagues across the business and with external banking partners, you'll help ensure transactions are handled accurately, risks are managed appropriately, and treasury processes remain efficient and well controlled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor cash, liquidity, and FX exposure; support cash investment and hedging decisions.
• Process treasury transactions, including FX, investments, money market deals, and settlements.
• Manage SAP In-House Bank activities and respond to treasury queries.
• Support bank account, electronic banking, KYC, and trade finance administration.
• Prepare cash, liquidity, and FX reports; support forecasting and regulatory reporting.
• Assist with audits, controls, documentation, and treasury master data.
• Contribute to projects and improve treasury processes and reporting.

Who We're Looking For:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in treasury, finance, or accounting, preferably in an international organization.
• Knowledge of payments, FX, investments, and banking operations.
• SAP experience required; in-house bank experience is an advantage.
• Bank account, KYC, and regulatory reporting knowledge is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, service-minded, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
