Date Posted: 2026-07-23 Country: Poland Location: Konstruktorska 13, Warszawa 02-673, Poland Role Overview The Senior Associate, Treasury supports Central Europe treasury operations by partnering with regional entities to optimize cash management, liquidity planning, banking structures, and financial risk mitigation activities. This role is responsible for preparing monthly cash flow forecasts, monitoring foreign exchange exposure, supporting banking and financing initiatives, and contributing to the execution of treasury programs, including commodity hedging and invoice factoring. The position also plays a key role in integrating newly acquired businesses into OTIS treasury and banking frameworks, supporting treasury system deployments, and driving process standardization across the region. Working closely with the Treasury Specialist, Central Europe, the successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of treasury activities and benefit from ongoing mentorship, professional development, and growth opportunities within a global organization. Key Responsibilities Partner with regional entities to: Drive cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury reporting to support business decision-making. Optimize banking structures, reduce banking costs, and ensure effective cash management across the region. Monitor foreign exchange exposure and support risk mitigation initiatives in line with company policies. Provide financial analysis and data to support hedging, invoice factoring, and other treasury programs. Support M&A integrations, including the incorporation of acquired entities into OTIS treasury operations and banking frameworks. Coordinate dividend proposals while ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements. Support OTIS Worldwide Treasury by: Facilitating credit facility arrangements and managing banking-related documentation and guarantees. Supporting the deployment and continuous improvement of Kyriba and other treasury systems. Contributing to cash pooling, process standardization, and treasury transformation initiatives across the region. Driving operational excellence through participation in regional and global treasury projects and best practice implementation. Qualifications, Competencies and Skills Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, Banking or a related field. Good understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, and foreign exchange risk management. Proficiency with Microsoft office Financial reporting tools; experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, Sage XRT) is an advantage. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in an additional language such as (Polish, or Czech, German,) is an advantage. Willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region as business needs require.
