We are looking for a Treasury Specialist to join our team. If you're passionate about numbers, enjoy staying ahead of cash and risk, and love keeping financial operations airtight, this role is for you. You'll manage the company's liquidity and banking relationships while driving smarter, more automated Treasury processes. Monitor and manage the company's cash position and liquidity on an ongoing basis. Build cash flow forecasts and prepare regular Treasury reports. Manage and optimize working capital , identifying opportunities to maximize cash surpluses. Execute and control local and international payments. Manage FX hedging and monitor the company's currency exposure. Oversee bank accounts and maintain the operational relationship with banks and other financial providers. Manage and track investments and placements of surplus cash. Perform bank reconciliations and control banking transactions. Analyze and monitor banking costs and rates. Develop automations and process improvements across Treasury operations, including using Claude and other AI tools to streamline reports, controls, and workflows. Define and track Treasury KPIs , and contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement projects. Ensure internal controls are in place and followed, guaranteeing full traceability of all operations. Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Solid experience in Treasury operations, including cash management, FX exposure , and banking relationships. Strong Excel skills; experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or ERP tools is a plus. Experience with AI-assisted tools (such as Claude) to automate reports and processes is a plus. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on financial control. Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and driving automation initiatives.
