Position: Treasury, Senior Manager, Liquidity

About This Opportunity:

The Treasury, Senior Manager, Liquidity owns the management of GreenSky's enterprise liquidity and funding activities, ensuring cash availability stays aligned with business activity and that funding capacity is monitored, forecasted, and reported with rigor.

Reporting to the Vice President of Treasury, the Senior Manager leads the liquidity forecasting process, manages a Treasury Analyst, and serves as a key point of contact for capital markets funding support in GreenSky's fast-paced, regulated fintech environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Liquidity ownership and forecasting

• Own the enterprise liquidity position and cash forecasting process across entities, bank accounts, and funding sources
• Own and continuously improve cash forecasting models, incorporating originations, repayments, and funding activity
• Analyze and present key liquidity drivers and variances to forecast for finance leadership

Funding and capital markets support

• Oversee monitoring of warehouse facility capacity, borrowing base availability, and funding utilization, escalating constraints proactively
• Direct cash movement planning to support loan originations, settlements, and funding obligations
• Lead preparation of liquidity and funding materials supporting capital markets transactions

Governance, data, and escalation

• Manage intercompany funding allocation and cash movement across entities
• Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of liquidity gaps, timing mismatches, or funding constraints
• Own data validation and reconciliation between systems used for cash, funding, and reporting

Team leadership

• Manage and develop the Treasury Analyst, Liquidity, providing coaching and quality review of forecasting and reporting work

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5–8 years in treasury, corporate finance, or liquidity/funding roles, including some team lead or mentoring experience
• Demonstrated ownership of cash forecasting, liquidity positioning, or funding analysis in a lending, banking, or high-volume transactional environment
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong understanding of financial flows, funding concepts, and balance sheet dynamics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting warehouse facilities, borrowing bases, or capital markets funding transactions
• Familiarity with data and reporting tools (for example, Workday, Snowflake, or BI tools)
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or progress toward certification
• Experience using AI tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot preferred) to produce financial analyses, reports, and other work artifacts

Growth and Development

The Senior Manager owns a core enterprise function with direct visibility into GreenSky's funding strategy and capital markets activity and builds people-leadership experience managing an analyst. GreenSky supports professional development and certification pursuit, and this role is designed as a path toward director-level responsibility within Treasury.

Market Basis: Requirements and compensation philosophy for this role were benchmarked against comparable treasury and finance-operations roles at Atlanta-metro fintech and financial-services peers — including Fiserv, Global Payments/Worldpay, NCR Voyix, Truist, Regions, and Invesco — and against specialty and point-of-sale/home-improvement lenders (Affirm, Synchrony, Foundation Finance Company, EnerBank USA, Service Finance Company, Sunbit, Wisetack, and Mosaic), reflecting current market practice around CTP certification expectations at the Senior Manager level, to ensure GreenSky's requirements and pay positioning remain competitive in the local talent market.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role ranges from $150k per year to $165K per year. Compensation will be determined by several factors, including relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus within a comprehensive total rewards package, alongside a full suite of medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid personal/sick time.
