Treatment Therapist

Therapist - LCSW preferred $2,000 Sign-On Bonus - paid in four quarterly installments Position Overview: The Therapist carries a caseload and provides comprehensive treatment services to children, adolescents, and families in accordance with agency standards and contractual requirements. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field Active Illinois licensure as an LCPC or LCSW (or ability to obtain and maintain) Experience working with children, adolescents, and families Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills Ability to maintain accurate and timely case records in compliance with agency requirements Experience or interest in working with victims and perpetrators of sexual and physical abuse Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate across agencies Cultural sensitivity and responsiveness to diverse populations Key Responsibilities: I . Case Management & Direct Services Complete all required documentation, including mental health assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries Schedule and facilitate client staffing meetings (e.g., intakes, pre-court, monthly reviews, emergency meetings, interagency coordination, and terminations) Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant case records and reports Ensure client confidentiality in accordance with Illinois law and agency policies Collaborate with the Treatment Coordinator to develop and implement therapeutic strategies Provide individual, group, and family therapy as outlined in treatment plans Deliver in-home support services to families as needed Connect clients and families to appropriate community resources Advocate for clients and families to ensure access to appropriate, respectful, and effective treatment II.
