About Camden
Camden is building somewhere everyone can thrive, by making our borough the best place to live, work, study and visit. Because, we’re not just home to UK’s fast-growing economy. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today. The Finance service in Camden has an ambitious vision to ensure delivery of a high-quality, value- added service with excellent financial controls. We will do this through an exciting journey of change, challenge, and innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing / How You’ll Be Involved
As Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of London’s Tree Equity and Urban Resilience Initiative on behalf of the London Tree Officers Association (LTOA). You’ll engage and build capacity across London boroughs, coordinating work programmes and priorities to develop treescape improvements in areas of greatest need. Working closely with the Greater London Authority (GLA), LTOA, boroughs and other partners, you’ll build and manage relationships, oversee grant funding and awards, and secure additional finance. Your leadership will help turn ambitious plans into successful pilot projects that create greener communities.
