Trust & Safety Product Manager

Operate Talent is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company with 50M+ users. On its platform, people chat, talk, and create images and video with AI characters. The company is now hiring its first Trust & Safety Product Manager, a new role with real impact on a large consumer product.

This is a product role, not a policy or operations one.

What you’ll do

• Own and ship safety and compliance features, working hands-on with engineering
• Lead the roadmap for AI moderation, age verification, and red teaming
• Make and own trade-offs between user safety, regulatory compliance, and product impact
• Set detection thresholds, manage false positives, and design human review processes
• Partner closely with the CTO, the Legal & Safety Lead, and the Product Lead
• Review user reports, some of which may contain disturbing or illegal content

What you bring

• 5+ years in product management, with clear ownership of decisions, delivery, and outcomes
• Strong safety and regulatory judgement, backed by concrete examples of trade-offs you made and what resulted
• Solid technical understanding of safety systems, including thresholds, false positives, and human review
• Based in Europe, with EU residency or the right to work in the EU
• Full comfort working with 18+ content, and willingness to review disturbing or illegal reports
