Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle. Working with our C2S team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry. Plan, control and oversee allocation and production of payroll runs for assigned clients in order to meet service level agreements (SLA’s) and performance targets related to payroll processing You will prepare and review payroll reports and other related documents (pay slips, bank reconciliation, payroll deductions and other contributions, CPF or MPF, etc.) You will maintain client payroll files (contact details, bank details, ID, KYC etc.) You will prepare online payment instructions and monitor status of payments (such as securing approval of relevant parties as per SLA) You will monitor and coordinate payroll payment-related transactions with Hong Kong, Singapore and other offices (client payroll funding) You will upload payroll documents in document manager You will work with the team on other tasks and deliverables and fulfil other administrative tasks Continuously review and make recommendations for improvements to the existing payroll process and procedures applied for assigned Clients in order to ensure delivery of high quality service in the most efficient way Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or any related course Attentive to details, accurate and result driven Able to multitask and switch between the tasks efficiently Very good computer (Microsoft Office packages) and communication skills Fluent in English (both written and verbal) Our Benefits Your well being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
