- Building talent pools to meet current and future demand.
- Managing compliance, safeguarding and registration processes.
- Developing strong relationships with education professionals.
- Supporting the matching of tutors to learners.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience from application through to placement.

This role could be a great fit if you:
- Have experience working in education and understand the challenges faced by schools, teachers and learners.
- Have experience supporting children and young people, particularly those with additional needs.
- Are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and maintaining high standards.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
- Are proactive, resilient and motivated by making a positive impact.
It would be great if you also have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience of SEND, EHCPs or alternative provision.
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Knowledge of safeguarding legislation and education frameworks.
Why Join Reed?
- Make a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people.
- An excellent opportunity for teachers looking to transition out of the classroom without leaving education behind.
- Access industry-leading training, professional development and career progression opportunities.
- Personal development funding and discounts through Reed Courses.
- Access to the Reed Reward Hub, including wellbeing resources, gym memberships, shopping discounts and cashback offers.
- Health Cash Plan providing cashback on everyday healthcare expenses and more.
