Turkish and English Gaming Agent Support - Remote - Cyprus

Remote Gaming Support Agent (Turkish + English) We're looking for a Customer Support Agent to join an international support team representing global brands in consumer electronics and e-commerce . In this remote role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, phone, and social media , offering support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with professionalism and empathy. Youll receive guided training to help you grow your skills and deliver high-quality service across platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, working with international clients, and being part of a diverse remote team. What We're Looking For Proficient in Turkish (C1+) and English (B2+). Based in one of the following countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus or Greece Genuinely interested in tech , e-commerce , and providing excellent service. Comfortable learning new systems and adapting quickly. Able to work independently with a reliable home setup. (Nice to have) Prior experience in customer service or support roles. ️ Tech Requirements Stable internet: Min. 10 Mbps upload/download , with latency under 200ms. Minimum 8GB RAM . Operating system: Windows 10 (64-bit) or newer. Processor: Intel i5-8260U or equivalent . A smartphone capable of two-factor authentication: Android 10.0+ or iOS 15.0+ .
