The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Gathers and synthesizes information and generates deep insights on customers/end-users/market to make strategic business decisions and recommendations. Analyzes market trends, competitive landscape, and appropriate data to identify and estimate the attractiveness of opportunities and the critical issues/risks. Develops and executes innovative marketing strategies and plans to drive business growth through local activation and engagement (end-customers, channels, and sales enablement). Designs and implements educational and promotional events for healthcare professionals, including workshops, webinars, and in-service training sessions. Collaborates with the sales team to create targeted programs and materials that support the selling process and enhance customer engagement. Works with clinical teams to gather insights and develop compelling case studies and testimonials that highlight the benefits of our solutions. Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals. China activation marketing team management and development. Coaches/mentors team members on marketing strategy, planning, program/campaign development, execution, etc. Ensures all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards. The Skills and Expertise A bachelor’s degree in marketing, medical, medical technology, or healthcare-related field. An MBA degree is a plus. 10+ years of post-university work experience, plus at least 3 years of marketing team leader experience at a global MNC in the healthcare or medical device industry. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals. Knowledge of the hospital environment and the challenges faced by healthcare providers is highly desirable. Ability to travel as needed to support marketing initiatives and attend events.
