UCaaS Sales Specialist (South West)
A bit about us
At Gamma we provide voice, data, and mobile solutions to businesses across the UK, Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.
Our people are at the heart of everything we do. When you join us, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that’s transforming how businesses connect and communicate globally.
We’re growing fast, but we never lose sight of what matters: our people. Whether you're looking to develop your skills, take on new challenges, or make a meaningful impact, Gamma is the place to do it.
What is the role responsible for?
The UCaaS Sales Specialist accelerates profitable growth across Gamma’s UCaaS and CCaaS portfolio by enabling channel partners, progressing complex opportunities and positioning Gamma as a preferred communications provider.
The role plays an important part in delivering enhanced customer experience through the implementation of AI initiatives across collaboration and contact-centre solutions. Working autonomously across an allocated partner base, the role combines field-based selling, product demonstrations, partner enablement and commercial insight, with particular emphasis on Cisco-based solutions and Gamma’s wider portfolio.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Build and progress a qualified UCaaS and CCaaS pipeline across allocated channel partners, providing full-cycle sales support from discovery through to close.
- Deliver compelling customer and partner presentations, demonstrations and commercial proposals that clearly differentiate Gamma’s proposition.
- Enable partners and colleagues through accreditation, training and current knowledge-base content that improves confidence, capability and conversion.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, activity and forecast data in Salesforce, proactively managing priorities, follow-up and stakeholder communication.
- Provide actionable competitor, market and partner insight to inform pricing, promotions, marketing initiatives and portfolio development.
- Identify, shape and support the implementation of AI initiatives that improve customer experience, operational effectiveness and commercial outcomes across UCaaS and CCaaS use cases.
- Represent Gamma as a trusted subject-matter expert, combining strong product knowledge with commercial judgement to resolve enquiries and remove barriers to sale.
- Success will be measured through revenue contribution, qualified pipeline growth and progression, conversion performance, partner engagement and accreditation outcomes, forecast accuracy and Salesforce discipline.
- Ideally located in or near the South West/M4 Corridor, but exceptional candidates based elsewhere will be considered
What you’ll bring
You don’t need experience in everything listed—but we’re especially keen to hear from people with some of the following skills:
- Strong commercial understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS and the competitive cloud communications market.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer outcomes and differentiated value.
- Demonstrable experience selling or supporting the sale of UCaaS, CCaaS, hosted telephony or related cloud communications solutions.
- Proven ability to develop and progress opportunities through a consultative sales cycle.
- Experience presenting, demonstrating or training technical solutions for partners or customers.
- Working knowledge of channel sales and the SME or mid-market environment.
- Able to articulate/converse about key hosted technologies, markets and landscape.
What do we offer you?
- 25 days annual leave + birthday
- Subsidised private medical insurance
- 5.1% matched pension contributions
- Enhanced parental leave
- Life assurance and Income protection
- Share save and incentive plans
- Electric Vehicle and Cycle scheme
- Employee discounts
- Volunteer day
