We're a UGC agency running campaigns for household brands across multiple European markets. The inbound is relentless, the client list is growing, and we're rebuilding the agency around it. This is the most exciting moment to join, and the playbook is being written right now.

Our founder brings in the clients. Our strategists shape the creative. We need the person who lives between the two, running our creator relationships and making sure everything lands on time and on spec.

This role is roughly 75% creator communication and coordination, 25% creative input. You're the person creators talk to every day, and the person who makes the work better because you understand what good actually looks like.

What you'll own

• Creator relationships. You're the face of the agency to our creators. With 200+ joining daily, you decide who's right for what, negotiate rates, onboard them, and keep the best ones coming back. Creators should ask for you by name.
• Creator coaching. When a submission isn't right, you're the one who explains why in a way that lands. Direct enough to fix it, warm enough that they don't lose confidence.
• Campaign coordination. You track every creator across every live campaign. Who's filming, who's late, who's delivered. You chase before it becomes a problem.
• Quality control. You run first-pass QC on every submission. Safe zones, logo files, brand mentions, banned words, aspect ratio, file naming. Binary checks, done properly, every time.
• Creative input. You contribute to briefs and concept direction alongside our strategists. You won't own the strategy, but your read on what creators can realistically execute makes the briefs sharper.

You're the right person if

• You're a genuine people person. You build rapport fast and people like dealing with you.
• You can give hard feedback without making it feel hard.
• You're relentlessly organised and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
• You follow a specification exactly and you notice when something is 5px off.
• You've worked in UGC, influencer marketing, production, or creator management. Bonus if you've been a creator yourself.
• You know what performs on TikTok, Reels and Shorts and can hold your own in a creative conversation.
• Your written and spoken English is excellent. You'll be talking to creators and clients daily.

Be clear on the split

This is a creator-facing role with a creative edge. You'll influence the work, not own it. If what you want is to be the strategist writing the briefs, this isn't that seat today, though it can grow into it.

• €2,000 - €2,800/month on a freelance contract, paid monthly
