Your Profile

We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing intelligent, user-centered experiences powered by Artificial Intelligence. You understand that AI should enhance human decision-making, not replace it and can create intuitive workflows that improve productivity while maintaining transparency, trust, and compliance.

You enjoy solving complex problems, rapidly exploring multiple design directions, and collaborating closely with Product Managers, AI Engineers, and Software Engineers to build the next generation of AI-powered enterprise applications. You are comfortable leveraging Generative AI throughout the design process while applying critical thinking and human judgement to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design intuitive AI-assisted user experiences that simplify complex workflows while promoting transparency, explainability and user trust.
• Prototype intelligent product experiences that support maintenance execution, troubleshooting, technical documentation and record keeping.
• Partner with Product Managers to identify opportunities where AI can improve customer and business outcomes.
• Apply modern design methodologies and Generative AI tools (e.g. Claude Design, Figma AI, ChatGPT) to accelerate design exploration, prototyping and validation while maintaining high-quality user experiences.
• Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing and data-driven validation to inform design decisions.
• Rapidly prototype, evaluate and iterate design concepts based on user feedback, business goals and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, AI Engineers and Software Engineers to define user journeys, interaction models and scalable product experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system while continuously improving UX practices and design quality.

Your qualifications and skills (Must Have):

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design, designing complex web, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated experience using modern design tools such as Figma, with proficiency in wireframing, user flows, prototyping, mock-ups, and high-fidelity interface design.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g. Claude Design, ChatGPT, Figma AI, or similar) to enhance the UX design lifecycle.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design thinking and end-to-end product design.
• Strong understanding of UX research, usability testing, interaction design principles, and human-AI interaction concepts, including trust, transparency, explainability, and responsible AI design.
• Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to solve complex design challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product Managers, AI Engineers, Software Engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Good to Have:

• Experience designing AI-powered enterprise or SaaS products.
• Experience with conversational interfaces, AI copilots, or intelligent assistant experiences.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated concepts and refine them into meaningful, high-quality user experiences.
• Experience rapidly prototyping and iterating multiple design concepts using AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience working in Aviation, Oil & Gas, Asset Management, or other industrial domains.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), inclusive design principles, and ethical AI practices.
