As a UI/UX Designer / AI Specialist at Growmodo, you’ll play a key role in designing user-centered digital experiences that integrate AI capabilities to improve functionality, personalization, and performance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring smart, data-informed design solutions to life—crafting everything from wireframes to polished prototypes that drive real user impact.
Design & Prototype: Develop intuitive and visually compelling interfaces using Figma and AI-assisted design tools. Focus on balancing functionality, usability, and aesthetics across platforms.
Research & Analyze: Conduct user research and usability testing, leveraging AI-driven analytics tools to gather actionable insights and validate design decisions.
Design Implementation: Translate business requirements into thoughtful design solutions that incorporate AI technologies, while adhering to brand guidelines and user expectations.
AI Integration: Apply a working knowledge of AI tools and principles (e.g., natural language processing, recommendation systems, personalization) to enhance user experiences in practical and meaningful ways.
Stay Up to Date: Keep current with evolving design trends, emerging tools, and new technologies—especially those related to UX and AI—and apply them creatively to your work.
Must-Haves:
Design Tools Expertise: Solid experience using UI/UX tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with exposure to AI-driven design platforms.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to design intuitive user interfaces, including examples where AI or automation enhanced the experience.
Research Know-How: Proficiency in user research methods, usability testing, and behavior analysis, with some experience using AI to support these tasks.
AI Familiarity: Practical understanding of integrating AI features such as chatbots, personalization engines, or predictive interfaces into product design.
Strong Communication: Able to clearly present ideas, collaborate with team members, and manage time and tasks effectively in a remote setting.
English Fluency: Comfortable communicating in both spoken and written English.
Nice-to-Haves:
Basic Web Knowledge: Familiarity with front-end technologies and how design choices affect implementation.
Design Systems: Experience working with or contributing to scalable design systems that may include AI components.
