Show job description

At Fayara, we’re building and scaling high-performance digital infrastructure that powers growth across AdTech and MarTech ecosystems. We’re looking for people who are curious, driven, and eager to take ownership in solving complex, high-impact problems.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week from the office
Salary: EUR 40,000–50,000 gross/year

About Us

We build and scale digital products for international markets, with a strong focus on improving how users interact with our platforms.

We're continuously working to improve the customer experience across the entire journey, from acquisition and onboarding to conversion, retention and long-term engagement.

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who combines strong design skills with a strong interest in understanding user behaviour and creating experiences that work well for both users and the business.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and other teams to improve our platform, simplify user journeys and make our products more intuitive and engaging.

If you enjoy solving design problems, understanding what users need and turning ideas into practical solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As our first UI/UX Designer, you'll help shape and improve the user experience across our consumer platform.

You'll work on understanding user needs, identifying friction points and designing intuitive interfaces that make it easier for users to navigate and engage with our products.

You'll collaborate with Product and developers throughout the design process, from understanding requirements and exploring solutions to creating wireframes, prototypes and final designs.

An interest in product performance and user behaviour will also be valuable. You'll have opportunities to use available data, user feedback and insights from other teams to help identify improvements and understand how your designs affect the overall experience.

We're looking for someone who cares about the details of the user experience, can explain their design decisions and is comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.

What We're Looking For

This role is primarily focused on UI/UX design for our consumer-facing digital product. Strong UX fundamentals, good visual design skills and the ability to turn requirements into clear, user-friendly experiences are the main priorities.

Experience with B2C products is important, ideally in environments where the customer journey, engagement and conversion matter to the business.

You should be comfortable thinking beyond individual screens and considering the full user journey, including:

  • How users navigate and interact with a product.

  • How to make onboarding and key journeys clear and intuitive.

  • Where users might experience friction or confusion.

  • How design can support engagement, conversion and retention.

  • How feedback and, where available, product data can inform design improvements.

You don't need to be a product analyst or an experimentation expert. However, an interest in understanding user behaviour and how design contributes to product performance would be a real advantage.

Required Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and UI execution.

  • Experience designing B2C digital products, websites or consumer-facing platforms.

  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, usability and customer journeys.

  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-quality UI designs.

  • Ability to translate product requirements and user needs into practical design solutions.

  • Experience collaborating with Product Owners, developers and other stakeholders.

  • An interest in using user feedback, analytics or product insights to inform design decisions.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain design choices.

  • Experience in regulated or policy-sensitive industries is an advantage.

  • Comfortable working professionally within an adult (NSFW) content environment.

We value thoughtful applications and review each one carefully. Every application is reviewed by a member of our team. If your experience aligns with what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch regarding next steps.
