In SEB Life and Pension Baltic SE Underwriting & Claims handling Department is responsible for life insurance risk assessment and claims administration. We work closely with customers, colleagues across the Baltic countries, other SEB teams, and international partners to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely service. Our team values collaboration, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach Your responsibilities would be Verifying claims applications and checking information against relevant databases. Uploading and maintaining documentation in insurance systems. Communicating with customers regarding claims and documentation. Preparing case documentation for medical and other experts. Requesting information from public registers and institutions. Responding to inquiries from notaries, bailiffs, and other external stakeholders. Who are we looking for? A detail-oriented, conscientious, and accurate professional who is comfortable working with routine tasks. Customer-oriented with a strong focus on providing high-quality service and positive customer experience. Good computer literacy and ability to work with different systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent command of Lithuanian and good working proficiency in English.
