Joining our underwriting support team, you'll play a key role in delivering an efficient and high-quality service to our brokers and customers while gaining valuable industry knowledge and experience. What you'll be doing Providing efficient and accurate administrative support across the underwriting function. Processing policy transactions, including renewals and mid-term adjustments, in line with agreed service standards. Reviewing new business submissions and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data is captured to a high standard. Supporting the delivery of excellent service to brokers and business partners, responding to enquiries and helping to resolve issues promptly. Taking responsibility for your own performance, acting on feedback and audit outcomes to continuously improve quality and efficiency. Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure team objectives and customer expectations are met. What you'll need to have Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data. A proactive approach with a willingness to learn, develop and continuously improve. A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering great service. Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships with colleagues, brokers and business partners. An understanding of the importance of confidentiality, data protection and regulatory compliance. The ability to work effectively as part of a team while taking ownership of your individual responsibilities. What makes you stand out Industry knowledge would be an advantage.
