We're also open to remote candidates located elsewhere in British Columbia. Are you searching for new possibilities? In this role, you'll support our Underwriting team by providing administrative and technical expertise while developing your underwriting knowledge and building strong relationships with brokers and internal partners. Your work will help ensure the efficient delivery of marine insurance solutions and exceptional service. Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $36,800 to $46,000 based on a 35 hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. As an Underwriting Assistant , Marine , you'll play an important role in supporting the underwriting process while developing the technical knowledge and skills needed for a rewarding career in insurance. You'll work alongside experienced underwriters, gaining hands-on exposure to marine insurance while helping deliver timely, accurate service to our broker partners. Interested in learning more?
