The Director you would be responsible for directing all activities ensuring that the unit is operating at maximum efficiency, productivity, and profitability to achieve all corporate and regional goals, objectives, and service levels are being met and maintained. Our Underwriting Directors are experts in their field and able to monitor trends and development in the industry, guiding their portfolio in a positive way. As the Director for the commercial lines, mid-market department, you would be responsible for all activities ensuring that the unit is operating at maximum efficiency, productivity and profitability to achieve all corporate and regional goals. The base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $180,000, which reflects the expected base pay for the position. The actual base salary offered may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
