POSITION: GEM US - University Mobilizer Coordinator CLASSIFICATION: Part-time - 25 hours a week (Support Raised) REPORTS TO: Vice President of Mobilization DEPARTMENT MISSION STATEMENT: We passionately challenge, recruit, and develop Christ followers to join us in pursuing the vision and mission of GEM. POSITION SUMMARY: Develop GEM’s Mobilization University Mobilizer program, grow on campus awareness of Ten2 , and create a pipeline of extended touches for Ten2 participants while also provid ing support as needed to then Ten2 Core Team logistics. RESPONSIBILITIES: EQUIPPING - Developing the Ten2ers Oversee University Mobilizers Program Develop campus mentor cohorts to keep Ten2ers growing post-field Support Uni Mob team leaders & participants Weekly rhythm with supervisor, Mobilization team, US staff INVITING - Moving Ten2ers to the field Support t rain ing and debrief remobilizing of Ten2ers Assist in any needed Ten2 travel logistics Manage Ten2 University Mobilizer project milestones with cross-team coordination ENGAGING - Building great campus awareness & development of the missionary pipeline Generate mobilization leads across the Southeast Develop college & ministry partnerships region-wide Attend mission conferences on campuses as needed Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
