Contribution of knowledge and experience in one of our core team areas (Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Innovation Management, Project Management, Sales, Business Development, HR, Finance, etc.)
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and intrinsic motivation as well as curiosity, enthusiasm, ability to improvise and start-up mindset
High technical affinity for digital trends & buzzwords as well as a good understanding of the market (IT consulting vs. software services vs. innovation consulting etc.)
Confident communication skills in German & English
