What will you do?
Develop and deliver reporting designed to transform data into actionable business intelligence
Identify and combine data from internal databases and external data sources to support reporting and analytics operations
Cooperate with cross functional teams, implement operational technique and perform activities aimed both at monitoring a process and define reporting solution
Monitor and maintain tools and databases supporting plant operations
Support the digitization of Upstream and Downstream planning activities
Attend regular team sessions, to have an enriched collaboration on initiatives, critical feedback, assess value-add project timelines and roadblocks
Manage specific Upstream planning tasks – Inside Group order management
Who would be successful?
Experience in Supply Chain (Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Planning)
Excellent skills in statistical modelling and demand management
Software Expert: MS Excel, MS Access, ERP, Forecasting tools, Tableau. SQL & VBA is a +
Strong analytical, statistical, data processing knowledge
Working in cross-functional collaborative environment
English and French communication skills
Ability to influence and convince (Strategic)
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Team Builder
Customer centric and result oriented
Decision maker
Solid problem-solving skills
Strong ability to facilitate and lead meetings with business stakeholders
