Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather essential information. Conduct site visits to understand project scope and conditions. Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses. Prepare and present cost summaries and reports to management and clients. Review and update estimates as project details evolve. Maintain a database of historical data for future reference. Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender documents. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods. Hard Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry Must have proven experience as a Project Estimator in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
