Job Summary

We are looking for driven, people-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Financial Wealth Planners. In this role, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by providing personalized life insurance and financial planning solutions tailored to their goals.

This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited income potential, performance incentives, and flexible work arrangements. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, one-on-one mentorship, and licensing support to help you build a successful career in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on life insurance, health protection, savings, investment, and retirement planning solutions.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend personalized strategies based on each client's goals and priorities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships by providing ongoing financial guidance and exceptional client service.
• Stay informed on financial products, market trends, and industry developments to deliver relevant recommendations.
• Participate in training programs, coaching sessions, and team development activities to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Willing to complete the required training and licensure process
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Stable internet connection for remote work
• Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required
