Seeking an experienced Solution Lead with deep expertise in:
- reverse logistics
- supply chain operations
- consumer electronics environments
Key Responsibilities
- Lead reverse logistics solution strategy, design, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with supply chain and logistics stakeholders to define scalable, sustainable operational solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and system designs.
- Support ERP and supply chain application initiatives, enhancements, and deployments.
- Drive process optimization, reporting improvements, and operational efficiencies.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define future-state processes.
- Develop business cases, solution roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
- Document workflows, system processes, and operational requirements.
- Support warranty and entitlement framework development.
- 10+ years of reverse logistics experience, within high-volume consumer electronics environments.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP, or comparable ERP platforms.
- Understanding of warranty and entitlement programs.
- Experience supporting ERP, supply chain, or business application implementations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis.
- Proven ability to deliver business value and drive process improvements.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Six Sigma and/or DMAIC training.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile PLM, or similar platforms.
- Experience with design-to-manufacturing and supply chain best practices.
- Reverse logistics transformation experience.
- Warranty lifecycle management expertise.
- Consumer electronics industry background.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- Experience supporting reverse logistics, supply chain, warranty, or manufacturing operations within large-scale consumer electronics, hardware, or technology organizations (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Google, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, Amazon Devices, Sony, LG, Cisco, Logitech, or similar environments).
