We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.
✅ As a Customer Support you will:
- Handle incoming user requests via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with post-sales requests, including delivery, warranties, and refunds
- Provide inbound sales support and sell products to boost revenue, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction (without using aggressive sales tactics!)
- Keeping customers informed with regular status and resolution updates
- Record and track orders or requests, ensuring thorough documentation of all necessary data elements in the CRM according to client requirements, policies, and product
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
- Base salary: 1095 gross x 12 months (it's 1024 gross x 14 months)- you can choose the payment schedule!
- up to 225€ gross performance bonus/month
- meal allowance: 7,63€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 160,23€ NET/month)
Your average monthly gross salary will range between 1195€ and 1580€ / month!

- You speak Italian (at least C2 level)
- You speak communicative English – min. B2 level
- You live in Portugal (mainland) or you are ready to relocate

- EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is mandatory
