US IT/Non-IT Recruiter

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a US IT/Non-IT Recruiter. The recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles, including gathering requirements from clients, creating job postings, sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and databases, and conducting full cycle recruitment. Daily responsibilities include evaluating resumes, coordinating and scheduling interviews, facilitating feedback between candidates and hiring managers, and tracking candidate progress in the applicant tracking system. The recruiter will negotiate compensation within client guidelines, support offer management, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment metrics, adhering to client service-level agreements, and collaborating closely with team members and leadership to meet hiring targets across IT and non-IT positions.

What We're Looking For

✅ 1–3 years of experience in US IT/Non-IT Recruitment

✅ Experience recruiting for W2 requirements

✅ Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and US tax terms

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

✅ Willingness to work US Night Shifts

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end recruiting skills for US IT/non-IT roles, including requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Proficiency with US job boards and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster) and experience using applicant tracking systems or CRM tools.
• Solid knowledge of US hiring practices, basic employment terminology, and familiarity with common IT and non-IT job profiles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders across time zones.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines and performance targets.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation and recruitment reports.
• Prior experience in RPO, staffing, or agency recruiting for US markets is highly beneficial.

🕒 Shift Timings (IST): 6:30 PM / 7:30 PM / 8:30 PM to 3:30 AM / 4:30 AM / 5:30 AM (depending on the US time zone)
