US Personal and Tax Return Accountant

Role: US Personal and Tax Return Accountant Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable). Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 6:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m. Philippine time Work Setup: WFH   Responsibilities:  File federal, state, and local tax documents, including property tax returns, state pages, and federal, state, and municipal returns, extensions, and quarterly payments. Prepare tax provision schedules by reviewing, preparing, and consolidating provision schedules. Recommend tax strategies by researching federal, state, and local taxation issues. Maintain legislative materials by reviewing, interpreting, and implementing new or revised laws. Ensure compliance with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities. Revise procedures by developing and streamlining procedures and worksheets for the calculation of tax provisions. Identify the profitability of potential mergers and acquisitions by analyzing tax information, calculating key ratios, and identifying areas of tax savings. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.  Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience with US Accounting/US Tax Preparation is a plus. Entry Level/Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a related course is preferred. Good work ethic and willingness to be trained. Strong commitment to integrity and accountability. Highly motivated individual.
