[About the Role]

We are an established automotive exporter based in Japan, specializing in sourcing high-quality vehicles through Japanese used car auctions. We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Automotive Sales & Import Agent in the Kenya or other country to partner with us.

This is a 100% remote, commission-based role with a profit share model. If you have a deep understanding of the car import market over the world and a proven track record in automotive sales, this is a lucrative opportunity to leverage our direct access to Japanese vehicle supply.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Local Sales & Marketing: Find and secure buyers for imported Japanese vehicles (passenger cars, commercial vans, SUVs, or luxury cars) within your country/region.
• Import & Customs Management: Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end import process from the destination port to the final customer, ensuring all local regulations are met.
• Local Compliance: Handle customs clearance, local import taxes/duties, and ensure vehicles pass necessary local inspections and registration processes.
• Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for local buyers, ensuring a smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.

[Requirements (Strictly Required)]

• Expert Knowledge of Local Imports: A flawless and comprehensive understanding of the vehicle import process, rules, and regulations in your specific country.
• Technical Compliance Knowledge: Deep familiarity with local automotive regulations, vehicle age restrictions, steering-wheel side regulations (RHD/LHD), and registration requirements.
• Proven Sales Experience: Experience in the automotive sales industry (independent brokers, car dealer backgrounds, or automotive logistics preferred).
• Strong Network: An existing network or knowledge of how to market Japanese vehicles in the local market is a huge plus.

[Compensation & Benefits]

• Referral: Introduce buyer only, Fixed fee per unit (USD ___), Networkers, low involvement
• 20% to 30% Profit Share: You will receive 20% to 30% of the net profit generated from every single vehicle sold (Performance-based scaling available).
• (Net profit = Final sale price minus vehicle auction cost, shipping, local taxes, and clearance expenses).
