Role Description The User Acceptance Testing Winter Intern (Unpaid) will support the validation of platform features to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver a smooth user experience. This full-time remote role involves reviewing functional specifications, executing test cases, documenting results, and reporting issues clearly and promptly. The intern will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to clarify requirements and reproduce defects, helping refine the platform before release. Daily responsibilities include tracking bugs, verifying fixes, suggesting usability improvements, and contributing to test documentation and process enhancements. - Strong analytical skills to understand requirements, identify gaps, and interpret test results.
- Foundational knowledge of testing methodologies and experience or coursework related to software testing.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills to report issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
- Interest in technology, software products, or supply chain platforms; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Comfort with using common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, issue trackers) and willingness to learn new testing tools.
