You have the ambition; we have the conditions to make it happen. You will: Launch, structure, and scale UA campaigns on multiple channels. Monitor key KPIs daily and make data-driven optimization decisions. Implement AI/automation approaches to speed up analysis, testing, and workflows. Cooperate with the Creative team. Research and apply market insights to improve user acquisition processes. Independently manage campaigns and make correct basic optimization decisions. Maintain clean tracking, low error rate, and clear weekly reporting. We'll have a match if you: Have up to 1 year of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or digital advertising (career switchers are welcome). Have Upper-Intermediate English or above. Know how to work with performance data and make optimization decisions based on metrics. Be proactive, results-oriented, and eager to grow quickly in your career.
