User Acquisition Manager

We are a global content platform for webtoons and comics. We’re looking for a User Acquisition/Media Buyer who doesn't just "push buttons" but actively drives product growth through paid channels.

Core Responsibilities

• Meta Ads: Full cycle management (launch, optimization, scaling)
• Testing: Launching new channels (Google or TikTok) and continuous A/B testing of creatives
• Data-Driven Approach: Tracking CAC, ROAS, and LTV. We focus on results, not just the process
• Creative Collaboration: Working with the content team to produce high-performing visuals

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing/User Acquisition
• Deep understanding of Ads algorithms
• Ability to work with analytics and make data-driven decisions
• English: Intermediate
