We are seeking a deeply specialized User Acquisition Manager to own new-user acquisition across Meta platforms. This is a full-time, remote position for a performance marketer who combines rigorous campaign optimization with a strong creative-hypothesis mindset. Your Responsibilities Launch, optimize, and scale user acquisition campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Manage monthly media budgets of $100,000+ and grow spend while protecting CPA targets. Own performance against our core KPIs, primarily Spend and CPA. Develop a high-velocity pipeline of creative, audience, offer, and funnel hypotheses. Research competitors using ad libraries and spy tools, translate insights into concepts, and write clear briefs for designers. Test creative variations systematically, stop inefficient campaigns, and scale winning combinations. Partner closely with creative, analytics, product, and leadership teams to uncover new growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of hands-on PPC/performance marketing experience, with clear specialization in Meta Ads. Proven B2C product-company experience; agency-only backgrounds without access to deeper product metrics are not sufficient. Demonstrated success acquiring new users for mass-market digital products. Confirmed experience managing at least $100,000 in monthly ad spend. Experience across international markets, including Tier-1, European, and Asian markets. Strong creative strategy skills: competitor analysis, hypothesis development, concept creation, designer briefing, and performance-led iteration. Deep Meta expertise is essential; working knowledge of other acquisition channels is welcome, but we are not seeking a generalist split equally between Meta and Google.
