User Experience Designer

We are supporting an innovative AI software company looking to appoint a UX Designer to help improve the usability, accessibility and user experience of a sophisticated enterprise platform used by business and operational teams within highly regulated environments.

This is a highly impactful role suited to someone who enjoys uncovering user pain points, improving complex workflows and influencing product direction through evidence-based research and usability improvements.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Conducting user research through interviews, observation and workflow analysis
• Identifying usability challenges and friction points across a complex enterprise platform
• Performing heuristic evaluations and usability assessments
• Reviewing information architecture, navigation and user journeys
• Assessing accessibility against WCAG 2.2 AA standards
• Analysing findings and prioritising recommendations based on impact and effort
• Producing clear, actionable reports and improvement plans
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to implement meaningful enhancements
• Helping shape how users interact with AI-powered workflows and business processes
• Contributing to the ongoing evolution of a market-leading enterprise platform

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong experience conducting usability reviews and UX research
• Experience working on complex business software, SaaS platforms or enterprise applications
• Ability to independently plan and deliver user research initiatives
• Strong knowledge of information architecture and user-centred design principles
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards
• Experience prioritising recommendations based on business value and implementation effort
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable working with modern AI tools as part of day-to-day workflows

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

• Enterprise software or B2B SaaS experience
• Experience within regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare or Government
• Exposure to AI-enabled products, workflow automation platforms or human-in-the-loop systems
• Consulting or product-led environment experience
