User Experience Designer

Role Description The User Experience Designer is a full-time remote role responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, analyzing user behavior, and transforming insights into clear interaction patterns and design requirements. The role involves applying design thinking to solve complex product and service challenges, producing wireframes, prototypes, and visual design assets that align with product and brand standards. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to iterate on concepts, test solutions with users, and refine designs based on feedback and data. This role also contributes to maintaining design systems, documenting UX guidelines, and advocating for user-centric decisions across projects.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking skills, with the ability to translate business and user needs into clear design solutions.
• Candidates should possess practical User Research skills, including planning studies, conducting interviews or usability tests, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess Visual Design skills, with proficiency in layout, typography, color, and component-based design for digital interfaces.
• Candidates should possess Prototyping skills, with experience creating low- to high-fidelity prototypes using modern design and collaboration tools.
• Candidates should have experience working with cross-functional teams, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Candidates should ideally have familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design, accessibility standards, and basic understanding of front-end capabilities and constraints.
• Candidates should have relevant experience in UX or product design roles; a degree or certified training in design, HCI, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
