With the global financial technology market expected to grow gradually, we aim to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach. In 2022, we opened our new head office in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, and we’re just getting started! We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused User Growth / Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clients. This role is responsible for building strong long-term relationships, driving user growth, and maximizing portfolio value through strategic engagement and tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clients. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients. Develop personalized engagement and growth strategies tailored to each client’s financial goals. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client lifetime value. Monitor portfolio performance and proactively provide insights or recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations, compliance) to ensure seamless client experience. Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and competitor offerings. 2 - 8 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, private banking, or account management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience managing HNWI or premium client portfolios is a plus Strong understanding of financial products (investments, trading, wealth products, etc.) is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret portfolio and growth data. Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
