Summary

This is a Full-Time (40 hours per week — no part-time availability) remote role based in the United States, with availability mandated during department core hours of 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Time.

Are you positive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and energized by solving problems and helping others? Do you naturally notice what makes a customer experience great? If so, we invite you to join the Support Team!

At Yelp, our Support team does more than answer emails from our community of users and business owners. We’re known for setting an exceptionally high bar for customer service, and we take that reputation seriously. Quality, ownership, and attention to detail are at the heart of how we work, and our team consistently strives to deliver an experience that goes beyond what’s expected.

As a Support Associate, you’ll help users and business owners navigate a wide range of questions and challenges via email—including account access, business page claiming, and much more. You’ll build deep expertise in Yelp’s products and policies, sharpen your problem-solving and communication skills, and as you grow, have opportunities to take on specialized work and become a subject matter expert.

You’ll thrive here if you’re positive, curious, and tenacious, and you work well with others. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just check the box—you take ownership of your work, welcome feedback, look for ways to improve, and genuinely care about delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll also be joining a supportive team that takes pride in its performance and celebrates wins together.

We’d love to have you apply, even if you don’t feel you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Yelp, we’re looking for great people, not just those who simply check off all the boxes. This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.
