UX Designer

UX Designer | Australia | Fully Remote

We’re looking for a UX Designer who loves turning complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences and who understands how great design translates into great products.

You’ll own the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing through to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems, working closely with Product and Engineering to build and evolve fintech products.

A key part of this role is working within a React/TypeScript environment. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should understand how React components, states and reusable design patterns influence what can be built and scaled.

What You’ll Do

• Designing intuitive experiences for complex financial products and workflows

• Creating user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes

• Evolving and maintaining a scalable design system aligned with our React component library

• Partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers from concept through to deployment

• Conducting user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in UX/UI or Product Design

• Strong Figma skills, including auto-layout, variables and interactive components

• A practical understanding of React and component-based design

• Experience simplifying complex workflows and information

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fintech, banking, SaaS or enterprise software experience is highly regarded
