As we continue to grow, we are looking for a: UX Researcher City: Belgrade Responsibilities: Researching competitors and benchmark websites/applications. Conducting research activities (surveys, A/B testing, video and heatmap recordings) using specialized tools. Documenting research findings and best practices from competitors. Proactively analyzing available data and documenting insights. Zahtevi Qualifications: Proficiency in Figma and basic Adobe tools. Experience working with research and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, UserTesting, prototyping tools). Understanding of digital product and front-end team workflows.
