- Determining research strategy and designing, planning, and executing research studies for the product area
- Operating cross-functionally to provide user research expertise and execution across products
- Informing product strategy and evaluating new opportunities, solutions, and concepts based on user needs
- Collaborating with product teams to define research success from qualitative and quantitative perspectives
- Identifying and prioritizing research topics in close collaboration with product teams
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research and translating findings into actionable insights across the product lifecycle
- Conducting internal cross-functional workshops using design-thinking methodologies and collaborating with product designers
- Presenting and advocating for research findings to product, management, and executive teams
- Minimum 4 years of experience in UX/UI design and user research
- Deep expertise in Figma and its application in design processes
- Strong understanding of AI and its integration into user experience desig
- Proven ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research and translate findings into actionable insights
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product success
- Experience with research ethics, data privacy, and working with sensitive user data
- Ability to develop data-driven research strategies using usage metrics, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analytics
- Advanced level of English and residence in Poland
- Experience in healthcare-related projects
- Knowledge of design-thinking methodologies
