Description
Our client is a global technology organization focused on delivering innovative technology solutions that enhance how people work, create, collaborate, and interact with digital experiences. Research plays a critical role in ensuring these innovations are grounded in real user needs and meaningful outcomes.
As a UX Researcher, you will join a team focused on exploring future computing experiences and helping guide innovation efforts across a broad ecosystem of products and services. This role supports research initiatives focused on understanding how emerging technologies can create value for users through new interactions, capabilities, and experiences.
The initial focus will support a program exploring advanced voice interactions, AI-enhanced experiences, contextual computing, intelligent sensing technologies, and other future-facing concepts. The researcher will partner closely with designers, product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to evaluate concepts, identify opportunities, and generate insights that influence product direction.
This is not a traditional UX research role centered around usability testing, feature validation, or A/B testing. Instead, the team is focused on understanding broader user needs, uncovering opportunities for innovation, and evaluating how emerging technologies can enhance the overall user experience.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, comfortable with ambiguity, highly collaborative, and capable of adapting research approaches to evolving business and product questions. They will serve as an embedded partner to design teams and help shape decisions throughout the innovation process.

- Conduct exploratory, evaluative, and mixed-methods research focused on future user experiences.
- Identify unmet user needs, behavioral patterns, and areas of opportunity.
- Partner closely with designers to frame research questions and inform concept development.
- Evaluate early-stage concepts and emerging technology experiences.
- Investigate user perceptions and adoption behaviors related to AI-enabled and voice-driven experiences.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Communicate insights through compelling storytelling and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, product, engineering, and research.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives where goals, opportunities, and solutions may not yet be fully defined.
