UX / UI Designer - DAO Craft

Our team seeks an UX/UI Designer who will play a pivotal role in designing and prototyping products that streamline governance and operational processes. Collaborating closely with our Product Design Lead and engineering teams, you will create intuitive user experiences for tools such as portals, web apps, reporting tools, and documentation platforms. Someone comfortable with navigating through complex user-flow and ship information heavy products, that address multiple types of users.

Your work

• Design and Prototype: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for portals, dashboards, and reporting tools.

• Simplify Complexity: Translate intricate workflows into intuitive user interfaces for both technical and non-technical users.

• Collaborate: Partner with engineers and product leads to align on design goals and technical feasibility.

• Research and Innovate: Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify pain points and deliver insights-driven designs.

• Iterate: Continuously improve launched products based on user feedback and usage analytics.

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally working on Web3 or tech-forward platforms.

• Expertise with design tools such as Figma and collaboration platforms like Jira.

• Solid grasp of design principles, branding guidelines, and responsive design.

• Strong understanding of multi-user workflows, accessibility, and branding guidelines.

• Familiarity with prototyping and working closely with engineering teams.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

And it’s a huge plus if

• You have experience designing for documentation-heavy, open-source or ERP like tools

• You have a good grasp of Web3 user journeys, including Dapps, DAOs, and their unique pain points.
