About the Role You will help shape a web application that turns machine data into actionable insights, making it easier for users to detect issues quickly and keep industrial equipment running longer. This is a role for you who want to create UI that makes complex information clear, useful, and easy to act on. The focus is on UI and component-based web design in a modern product environment. You will work closely with product and development teams to define solutions, strengthen consistency, and validate design choices before and after implementation. It is a strong opportunity to influence how design standards are built and used in a product with clear real-world value. Job Description You will collaborate closely with design and product stakeholders to turn defined needs into clear UI solutions. You will drive standardization and help development teams apply design rules in a consistent way. You will validate designs through A/B testing and other methods before implementation. You will review and verify the UI implemented by developers to ensure it matches the intended design. You will work with stakeholders to understand user needs, priorities, and product context. You will take part in scrum ceremonies and contribute to an agile way of working. You will brainstorm with the team, share insights, and help create a product with meaningful impact. Requirements Deep knowledge of Figma and design work, especially component-based web design. Strong UI focus and the ability to create solutions that improve the user experience. Experience with agile development methodologies. Strong communication skills. A proactive way of working and the ability to collaborate well in autonomous teams. Fluent in English. Nice to have Fluency in Swedish. Experience working with industrial applications. Understanding of TCP/IP communication and MQTT. Experience from product environments using tools and technologies such as React, Svelte, TypeScript, Go, PostgreSQL, Git, AWS, Docker, K3S, MongoDB, Azure DevOps, Figma, and Miro.
