UX/UI Designer (cod: RN)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and creative UX Designer to join our growing team and contribute to the development of engaging, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, user research, prototyping, and visual communication, with a passion for understanding user needs and creating intuitive solutions.
This position will provide opportunities to collaborate with product managers, developers, and other teams to enhance user experiences across web and mobile applications, as well as create engaging internal executive presentations and design materials.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
● Conduct user research through methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
● Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and other design artifacts to define user flows and communicate design concepts.
● Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate and validate design solutions.
● Create visually compelling presentation slides aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency through high-quality graphics and relevant content.
● Contribute to the development and maintenance of design specifications, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate design decisions, gather feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
● 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating the design process, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
● Strong knowledge of UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability testing techniques.
● Solid understanding of web and mobile design standards and responsive design practices.
● Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale.
● Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with advanced user research methodologies and usability testing.
● Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
● Experience working with design systems and creating design documentation.
● Experience creating executive presentations and visual communication materials.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
