UX/UI Designer - Middle

UX/UI Designer - Middle SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Middle UX/UI Designer. Overview: SOFTSWISS is expanding its Marketing team and is looking for a Middle UX/UI Designer . We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values to join our creative team within the marketing department. Key responsibilities: Design user-friendly and visually appealing corporate websites from scratch, ensuring an optimal balance between functionality, aesthetics, and business goals Redesign and update existing corporate websites Create high-converting landing pages tailored to specific marketing goals Develop attractive and functional email templates, ensuring compatibility across different email clients and devices Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualise website structures and user flows, using Figma Conduct usability testing and user research to understand audience behaviour, gather feedback, and refine designs for better engagement Ensure all designs are fully responsive and optimised for different screen sizes and devices, maintaining consistent quality and user experience Work closely with developers and marketers to ensure seamless implementation of designs that align with the company's goals and brand identity Required Experience: 3+ years in a similar position, preferably within a marketing environment Proven experience in UX/UI & web design for websites, landing pages, portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI design projects Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Experience with responsive and adaptive design Ability to create interactive prototypes and animations Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience working with AI in design English level: Intermediate or higher Russian level: Close to native Our Benefits: Private health insurance Sports benefits Comprehensive Mental Health Program Free English lessons (online) Local language courses Paid time off Maternity leave support Referral program rewards Upskilling, internal workshops, and participation in professional conferences and corporate events Department CMO / Marketing Locations Warsaw, Poland, T'bilisi, Georgia, Poznan, Poland, Belgrade, Serbia Remote status Fully Remote Employment type Full-time
