UXUI Designer (Tech/ Web3)

Their portfolio companies and advisory clients benefit from their long term and hands-on approach, from concept to full fledged venture. We are looking for an UXUI Designer to join their team. You will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces and frontend components for their projects. In this role, you will: Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final implementation, for our digital products. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and validate user needs. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs. Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization. Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continually improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions. You might thrive in this role if you have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in Web3 industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise. Proven experience leading design projects and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software. Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Framer. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics, typography, and composition. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions. Good understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders. Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred. Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user data to inform design decisions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. #LI-REMOTE
