What We're Looking For: 5+ years of UX/UI design experience. 3+ years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, HCI, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in Figma with a knack for creating clean, crisp, and globally appealing designs. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Data interpretation and presentation skills. Experience in a multinational, cross-channel environment is a plus. Stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization are preferred.
