The Job As a UX/UI Product Designer, your main goal is to create intuitive, accessible, and valuable digital experiences for web and mobile products while using AI as a core part of how you work. The foundation is strong product design: you bring user-centered thinking, problem-solving skills, visual design expertise, and systems thinking to transform complex requirements into elegant and effective solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, delivery managers, and stakeholders to define product experiences, validate ideas, and deliver high-quality designs. You will also leverage AI tools throughout the design process to accelerate research, ideation, content creation, prototyping, documentation, and design exploration. What You'll Do • Facilitate the client's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and validating digital experiences • Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for web and mobile applications • Create wireframes, user flows, user journeys, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes • Work directly with engineers to deliver clear product specifications, assets, and design requirements • Collaborate with PMs, developers, and stakeholders in cross-functional teams • Design experiences across multiple platforms, including mobile, web, and desktop applications • Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to new and existing product features • Contribute to product discovery, design reviews, and iterative product improvements • Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, content generation, design exploration, and documentation workflows • Review and refine both human-created and AI-generated design concepts and artifacts • Promote accessibility, usability, consistency, and user-centered design best practices What You Bring To The Team Must Have Skills • 5+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile applications in Agile environments • Strong experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Flinto, or similar platforms • Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, user journeys, and site maps • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design fundamentals • Ability to transform complex business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly experiences • Real, daily experience using AI tools in your design workflow • Strong problem-solving skills and product-thinking mindset • Experience collaborating closely with engineers and cross-functional teams • Interest in staying up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and evolving user expectations • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and design thinking process • Good written and spoken English communication skills Nice-to-have • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches • Experience conducting UX research, usability testing, and data analysis • Strong proficiency with Figma for design systems, prototyping, and collaboration • Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices • Experience using AI-powered design tools for research, ideation, content generation, or prototyping • Experience working on AI-powered products or AI-enhanced user experiences We Offer You Flexible Working Schedule Remote Work Competitive Compensation Performance Bonuses Surprise Goodies + Many Cool Benefits About Koombea Koombea is an international app development company founded in 2007.
